A Police spokesman has expressed concern over the traffic congestion caused by the drive-slow of a number of coaches in Causeway Bay, Wan Chai and Central this (May 12) evening.

"It is regrettable that the party concerned did not make use of legitimate channels to express their views but resorted to stage a drive-slow in the busy roads during the rush hour, adversely affecting the interests of the public.

"Police will launch an investigation into the incident. In order to protect the interests of the public and to maintain public order, Police do not rule out the possibility that prosecution may be brought against those involved," the spokesman said.
