Sold at 47% off the market price, the flats will surely be very attractive to applicants," remarked the Housing Department's Assistant Director (Applications & Home Ownership), Mr CHENG Yao-kong at the press briefing today.

Featuring the low-rise Harmony Rural design, Lung Tak Court is located in Ma Hang, overlooking Stanley Bay. It is adjacent to a new commercial complex, Stanley Plaza and the famous Stanley Market. It is well served by a convenient bus and mini-bus network. Situated on the foreshore of the Aldrich Bay reclamation area, Aldrich Garden is facing the eastern Victoria Harbour. The court is adjacent to Shau Kei Wan MTR station and well served by public transport.
