The following is a transcript of remarks by the Chief Executive, Mr Tung Chee-hwa, following his arrival in Shanghai today (Sunday):

Question: Mr Tung, what are you going to be talking about with Shanghai officials for you're going to make a bid for Disneyland for Hong Kong?

Chief Executive: You know, many of them are my friends, so I look forward to renewing acquaintances and that to seeing them again. We will be comparing notes, what we are doing in Hong Kong, what are the developments in Shanghai, as I said that the development is very complementary.

Question: Anything specific?

Chief Executive: Nothing very specific. I'm here really to participate in the Global Forum organised by the Fortune Magazine, as you know Hong Kong's future economic development is very much linked with that of mainland China and the more China will be successful in its development, Hong Kong will benefit more.
