In response to media enquiries, a spokesman for the Chief Executive's Office said today (Wednesday) that we had received proposals made by the Frontier with regard to the Policy Address.

"The Government will consider the various proposals made by different political parties, Legislative Councillors and other community leaders," he said.

The spokesman emphasised, "Hong Kong has already established a system of representative government according to the Basic Law. Human rights, freedoms and the rule of law in Hong Kong are protected by the Basic Law."
