************************************* The Chief Executive, Mr Tung Chee Hwa, is inviting Legislative Councillors and different political parties to a series of meetings in the last week of August to have an exchange of views on matters of public concern, a Government spokesman announced today (Tuesday). "This will provide an opportunity for the Chief Executive to listen to different opinions in the process of preparing his 1999 Policy Address," the spokesman said.
