The Chief Executive, Mr Tung Chee Hwa, today (Wednesday) said as the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination results would be released tomorrow, he would like to congratulate those students who had attained good results.

He also advised them not to be complacent. Instead, they should constantly strive to enrich themselves.

"For those students who have attained less satisfactory results, I hope you will not be despondent. Failure is the only highroad to success. To fail once does not mean that this is the end of everything. You should continue to make persistent efforts to improve yourself. I believe that if you work hard, you will be able to achieve your goal," the Chief Executive said.

The Chief Executive also encouraged all students to make better use of their time and acquire more new knowledge to prepare themselves for serving the community.
