87 nominations received for Legco election

A total of 10 nomination papers from 14 candidates for
the Legislative Council election in May were received
today (Monday).
This brings to 88 the total number of nomination
papers received (from 137 candidates) since the nomination
period started on April 9. But Lo Suk-ching of the
Election Committee constituency has withdrawn his
nomination paper today.
The nomination period will close this Friday (April
24).
