Smokeless Tobacco Products (Prohibition) Regulations

 

Regulation 3 Prohibition of importation, etc., of smokeless tobacco products

 

3(1) No person shall import, manufacture, sell, possess for sale, offer or expose for sale, consign or deliver any smokeless tobacco product.
