SO2 reduction by the use of cleaner fuel
	SO2 emission from vehicles has diminished since the use of low sulphur diesel (Sulphur content below 0.05%) and ultra-low sulphur diesel (Sulphur content below 0.005%) in 1997 and 2002 respectively. Sulphur content of industrial diesel has been restricted to a maximum 0.5% by weight since 1990.
