Terms of Reference

The objective of the Council shall be to attain the greatest measure of co-operation between the Government in its capacity as employer and the staff of disciplined services through discussion with the staff side representatives in the Council, with a view to improving their conditions of service and securing their well-being; providing a machinery for dealing with grievances; and generally bringing together the experience and different points of view of the staff side representatives.
