Terms of Reference

(a)	To advise the Government Chief Information Officer on policies and procedures in respect of funding of administrative computer projects within Government under CWRF Head 710 Computerisation so that projects are implemented in the most coordinated, cost-effective and customer-oriented manner;
(b)	To consider and prioritise proposals of administrative computer projects within Government under CWRF Head 710 Computerisation Subhead A007GX - New administrative computer systems (block allocation), and to advise the Government Chief Information Officer on whether support should be given to individual major administrative computer projects under CWRF Head 710 Computerisation;
(c)	To consider and monitor expenditure of the CWRF Head 710 Computerisation as a whole, with special focus on Subhead A007GX - New administrative computer systems (block allocation); and
(d)	To evaluate and review the benefits brought by the implementation of administrative computer projects.
