Mail items addressed to the Board of Review (Inland Revenue Ordinance) (“the Board”) without sufficient postage will be returned by Hongkong Post to the sender, who will be charged with the deficiency plus a surcharge. Mail items without return address will be disposed of by Hongkong Post in accordance with their established procedures for handling undeliverable mail. The Board will not pay for any unpaid or underpaid mail item to take delivery.
If you choose to send correspondence or other document to the Board by mail, please ensure your mail items bear sufficient postage before posting to ensure your tax appeal related documents be duly delivered to the Board in time, and to avoid otherwise disposition by Hongkong Post .
