Workshop: Translating data into actions

Organized by the Special Preventive Programme, Centre for Health Protection of the Department of Health, the captioned workshop will be held on 23 May 2007 (Wednesday) 3:30pm to 5:30pm at Exhibition Hall, 1/F Public Health Laboratory Centre. The speaker for the workshop is Dr. Tim BROWN, Senior Fellow, Population and Health Studies at the East West Center, Honolulu, Hawaii.

The workshop aims to discuss the application of data analysis in programme planning and facilitate an evidence-based practice in prevention actions.

Individuals with experience or are interested in HIV epidemiology or HIV prevention programme planning, public health and infectious disease professionals and trainees are invited to join. Deadline for registration is 21 May 2007. Please refer to the below link for details:
